Nice and simple, lovely on buns and spreaded on your toast. :)
Place a small saucer in the freezer, which will be used later for testing the jam.
Remove the tops of the strawberries and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
Place the chopped strawberries in a pan and mash them up if you want littler pieces of strawberries in your jam.
Turn hob on low and add the water and sugar to the pan. Stir frequently until the sugar as melted.
Increase the heat to medium and add the lemon juice.
Bring jam to a boil, stirring constantly for ten minutes.
Test the jam by placing a drop of jam on the saucer from the freezer. If the jam spreads its not ready, if its done the jam keeps its shape. Pour in to your jars.
