Being a Tesco Orchard member I was invited to the berries and cherries programme in which I #Trieditfree strawberries, I wanted to make something really nice therefore I made this cheesecake. It turned out so well and the strawberries worked really well in this dish

Mix the biscuits and butter together and press into a 9-inch spring from pan

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended

In a separate bowl whip 3/4 of the whipping cream until soft peaks form

Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture until well blended

Cut up strawberries holding some back for decoration on top and gently mix into the cream cheese mixture

Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 4 hours

Once chilled cut the remaining strawberries in half and arrange on top of cheesecake. Serve with the remaining whipped cream

Beat the cream cheese and whipped cream well to make the cheesecake light and airy
