Whisk egg whites and sugar until stiff
Line a large baking tray and spread whisked egg whites evenly.
Sprinkle with flaked almonds
Bake in oven on 180degree for 10 mins then reduce to 160 and bake for another 10 minutes
Whisk the cream until stiff
Remove meringue from the oven and allow to cool slightly
Turn the meringue onto some grease proof paper and spread the cream evenly over. Add some strawberries or other berries.
Slowly and carefully roll the meringue up and decorate the top
