I had some white chocolate ganache left over from icing cupcakes, and a glut of strawberries in the garden so it seemed natural to put them together.
break up the biscuits into crumbs, melt the butter and mix together
push the mixture into a tart tin and bake in the oven for 5 mins at 180C then cool
heat the cream until it‘s just boiling then pour over the chocolate and mix until it thickens and becomes smooth
cool the cream/chocolate mixture in the fridge until fudgy
using a piping bag, pipe the ganache mixture into the biscuit base
cut the strawberries in half and place on top of the ganache
chill to set the ganache
