Luscious layers of fruity yogurt topped with blackberries make this speedy snack perfect for lunch boxes. Packed with goodness, kids can even get involved in making them.

Wash and drain the raspberries, blueberries and blackberries (even if they’re frozen).

Place 10 of the raspberries into a glass and spoon over half of the black cherry yogurt. Or children may want to try out another flavour of yogurt instead.

Next, layer half the blueberries on top. Spoon over half of the natural yogurt. Finally, children can get artistic by arranging 3 blackberries on the top.

Repeat this for the second dessert and serve. Children could try experimenting with other fruits - canned, dried, frozen or fresh fruit all work well.
