Remove (dark or top two) leave from Brussels sprouts. Make a cross cut in the Brussels sprouts (like jacket potato); Making sure not to spit it into four.
Mix 1tbsp of oil with other rest of ingredients. With finger tip or tea spoon fill between cuts of Brussels sprouts.
Take heavy base Fry pan & add 1tbsp of oil. Add filled Brussels sprouts stokes touching fry pan.
Turn on Heat. Cook it for 5 minutes on medium heat & turn it over. Cook it for further 5 minutes.
Serve it in bowel & garnish with fresh corianders.
10 minutes to preparation & 10 minutes to cooking time.
Really good with lentil(yellow lentil) soup to spice it up as crotons or as side dish.
