Pre-heat the oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
Place each of the steaks between 2 sheets of clingfilm and bash out with a meat tenderiser or a rolling pin until they are approx 5mm thick.
Remove the cling film, lay the steaks out flat on a chopping board and season to taste. Squash the stuffing balls into 'sausage' shapes and lay one on top of each of the steaks.
Lay 3 apricots on top of each of the stuffing rolls and roll each steak up tightly to form a cigar shape!
Roll each of the steaks in a slice of the streaky bacon, place in an oven proof casserole dish then place in the oven for 10mins.
After 10 minutes, open the soup and pour over the steaks in the dish and return to the oven for a further 20-30 minutes. Check they are cooked through before serving.
Great with mashed potato to help mop up all that sauce.
