i love this because there's virtually no preparation and yet it always comes out juicy and tasty
Preheat oven to 200c and smother finest beef in the oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes
Turn down oven to 140c, cover meat with foil and cook for 4 hours
Then add shallots and cover them with the meat juice. Take foil off and cook for another hour
Allow to sit for 20 minutes, then carve and serve with Tesco finest cheddar mash and tesco finest vina maria rioja reserva
