Sultana cake recipe

Line 1 lb loaf tin. Pre heat over to 140 degree C (fan oven)

Mix together butter and sugar. Add eggs

Add flour, baking powder, spice and fold into butter sugar and eggs

Add sultanas

Add milk to stiff dropping consistency

Put into lined 1 lb loaf tin and bake at 140 degrees C (fan oven) for 1 hour or until cooked through

Ideal to cut for lunch boxes but equally good served with cream!
