Summer berry, granola and fresh mint pots recipe

Place the fresh fruits and chopped mint into a bowl with the elderflower cordial, mix well and set aside. Spoon two dessert spoons of granola into the bottom of 4 glass tumblers. Spoon the fruits equally over the top of the granola then carefully place a dessert spoon of fat free yogurt on the top. Drizzle a little honey on top then decorate with a strawberry quarter and a fresh mint leaf.
