Summer berry soup recipe

Perfect on a hot summer day or for people watching their weight, children absolutely love it but I'm a grown up and I can never get enough of it! This is a Polish recipe, either fresh or frozen ingrediens can be used.

Wash all the favourite berries including and make sure to add some cherries. Remove the stones if children are going to eat it. Put all the fruits into a pot with hot water and bring to boil, prepare another pot with hot water, and cook pasta of your choice in it-no salt is needed. Cook the fruits for about 5 mins until the flavours start to develop, add some sugar to your liking level of sweetness ( I use agave nectar as is healthier, can be found in tesco in healthy foods section). Serve warm or cold with a bit of pasta inside, you can stirr in the cream if you like your soupd creamy. Enjoy! :)

Include berries such as strawberry, blueberry, blackberry or sweet rasberries. Make sure to add the cherries as it gives very distinctive flavour but it will still taste great without it.
