The first time I made this I thought it tasted so light and fruity. Unfortunately it was so easy to drink I had the whole jug myself and ended up buying loads of clothes I didn‘t like off the internet. I had a sore head and empty bank account the next morning. You have been warned!!!

Squeeze the fresh oranges and then slowly heat up the juice with the caster sugar in a saucepan.

Once the sugar has dissolved take it off heat and allow to cool.

When cooled, add the cranberry juice and place mixture in the fridge for 2 hours

Once nice and cold put the fruit juice/sugar mixture in a large jug and add the Grand Marnier.

Gently pour in the full bottle of prosecco to mix a wonderful, fruity summer cocktail.

Just add sunshine!
