As a working lady, who also looks after disabled husband, i need to indulge in all my favourite foods with minimum time spent in the kitchen! ..... I love cooking, bread, shellfish and fruit .... vuala!
shell prawns, and remove stalks from grapes
In heavy bottom saucepan, melt knob of butter and on high heat fry off prawns for 2 mins with whole buttom mushrooms, before adding scallops. Fry for further 2 mins.
throw all grapes into saucepan and toss through just warming for 1 minute
Serve in quirky individual bowls, with parsley for garnish and with rough torn piece of Tesco's salt & pepper baguette!
.... enjoy with a glass of Tesco wine!
Don't overcook the seafood!
