Preheat oven to gas mark 4, 145°C fan.
Place all dry ingredients in a processor. Place honey in a bowl with a little bit of hot water to loosen it. Start blitzing the dry ingredients and slowly adding the honey to the mixture. Once all mixture is evenly coated with honey transer into a 9in square tin.
Baked for 45 minutes in preheated oven. Once cooked set aside and allow to cook before cutting into squares.
Store in an airtight container.
