I was looking for a family-friendly, quick and easy healthy fish recipe and thought this up one day. Now it's a regular family favourite.
Cut the salmon into chunks and put in a food processor, add the beaten egg, pieces of bread, soya sauce and coriander. Blitz for a minute till blended. Shape into burgers. Cook on a BBQ - brush with oil, or you can cook in a frying pan. They hold their shape well.
This is also a great way for kids to eat fish. Mine love these. You can add a pinch of chilli to pep it up for adults. We serve with soured cream with chopped corriander and also sweet chilli dipping sauce. Yum!
