Sweet chilli salmon recipe

Lay out a square piece of foil, approx 15cm by 30cm drizzle a small amount of olive oil into centre place fillet on top of oil top fillet with the sweet chilli sauce. Gather up the foil around making a tent like pouch. Place in a preheated oven at gas mark 5 for 15mins.

I served this with roasted orange and yellow peppers,onion, extra chillis and a jacket sweet potato.
