Sweet Salmon with Honeyed Pepper

This is a dish that my family and I have created after having so many BBQ's and trying to incorporate ingredients that we all love, and we sure love this.

Grill the salmon pieces upside down for 5 minutes under a medium heat.

Turn salmon over and dribble honey over each one.

Slice the peppers up and lay some pepper over the top of each salmon fillet. ( the honey should help it stick)

Grill again for another 5 minutes and hey presto, a lovely fish dish made in about 12-15 minutes. People will think you slaved for hours!!!!

Serve with a crisp green salad and a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc......
