Just a really simple tasty pasta dish
melt butter in frying pan and add the leeks and some seasoning .Cook for 2 minutes without colouring until leeks are soft then turn up heat and add stock and lemon juice . Meanwhile cook pasta .
Allow stock to bubble vigorously for 5 mins then add the beans ,sage and cream .Return to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 mins . Stir in the parmesan.
Drain pasta reserving one tablespoon of the water to stir in the sauce. Toss pasta in sauce and serve .
