Brussel sprouts with pine nuts HERO

Trim the sprouts and make small crosses in the bases.

Heat a frying pan and carefully dry fry the pine nuts: nothing seems to happen, then all of a sudden they brown very quickly.

Cook the sprouts in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes, drain and toss with the pine nuts and butter.
