Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine the chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori curry powder and salt in a small mixing bowl until even. Rub the chicken drumsticks with the sunflower oil then sprinkle then roll in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange on lined baking sheets and bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through with no pink showing. Remove and allow to cool a little before arranging on serving plates.
Garnish with the mixed leaf salad and sprinkle the drumsticks with pinches of tandoori curry powder.
