No cooking needed with this quick to prepare recipe! As a keen runner, this is my breakfast of choice, it provides all the energy I need for a race or strenuous workout.
Blend together, in a large bowl, the sultanas, cinnamon and yogurt (but keep 4 teaspoons of the yogurt for finishing).
Add the grated bagel and stir well.
Cut the banana into quarters lengthwise, and then dice into small pieces, mix carefully so as to keep the banana from being mashed.
Divide the mixture between two small bowls.
Spoon the remaining yogurt over the mix, and add the fresh fruit.
