I am gluten and dairy free and endeavour to find good alternatives to bake

Pre heat oven 200 degrees

Line 12 section muffin pan

Combine dry ingredients

Add oil and mix

Combine eggs, vanilla and milk

Mix everything together and add the chocolate chips

Divide evenly in the cases

Bake for 18 minutes
