Mix the oats, milk & yogurt, cover and leave in the fridge over night. Next morning eat as is or add a sliced Banana or fresh berries for a quick tasty, healthy start to the day.

Ideal for a breakfast before you go to work or take in a sealed pot for breakfast on the go. Also try sprinkling with Muesli, Nuts or Granola before eating

  • 30g Oats (Gluten Free or use Normal Oats)
  • 50ml Semi Skimmed Milk (or what ever milk you use)
  • 125g Low Fat Natural Yogurt
