I had the opportunity to try Tesco Finest Clawson Mature Blue Stilton for less as a member of their Orchard Club. This recipe is inspired by BBC food‘s Jill Dupliex at Saturday Kitchen.
Chop up the cheeses and mix together with the créme fraîche in a small pan.
Sit the pan on a gentle heat. Stir carefully until melted and smooth.
Volia. Your sauce is ready. Serve immediately
Serve with poached pears, apricots or other fruit.
