Cook the pasta as instructed on the pack & drain.
In a large frying pan on a low heat melt the butter & add the wine, garlic & most of the parmesan & parsley (save a some of both for a garnish). Add salt & pepper to taste & cook for 3 or 4 minutes stirring constantly,Turn up the heat to medium & add the prawns. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Grill the cherry tomatos until they are cooked through.
Divide the pasta into portions & spoon the prawns & sauce on top. Add the hot cherry tomatos & garnish with Parmesan cheese & a little parsley.
