chop the garlic,spring onions and chilli and place in a bowl with the cooked fish and prawns.

season, and add the zest and juice of the lime.

blend into small pieces and then using your hands make small circles out of the mixture.I normally make 12.

put the flour on a plate and roll the fish cakes till they are coated

spray a non-stick pan with a low calorie spray ( great if like me you're watching the calories!) and fry your fish cakes for a few minutes.

serve with sweet potato wedges, salad and a slice of lime
