Grill the salmon for 10 mins.
Boil potatoes and mash them
Mix salmon, seasoning, lemon zest and mayonnaise together.
Shapes the mixture into fish cakes using flour on your hands to avoid sticking, and a ring cutter to help, if you like
Grill or fry the fish cakes with the oil on each side for 5 mins.
Add 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce if you like. Serve topped with lemon slices and parsley
