Heat the grill.
Heat an omelette pan on the stove and add a third of the beaten egg mixture into the pan. When the egg is nearly cooked put the cheese slices ontop and pour over some more of the egg mixture and put under the grill.
When egg is cooked put in salmon pieces and cover with remaining egg mixture.
Serve with vegetables and carbohydrates.
Tip: take the eggs out of the fridge 30 minutes before you cook.
