Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the turkey and leftover stuffing until piping hot. Then place to one side.
Place a tortilla wrap into a frying pan, spread with cranberry sauce and spoon evenly over the turkey filling.
Sprinkle with cheese and Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise, then fold the tortilla in half.
Cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
