Preheat oven to 180° C.
Fry off the sausages until brown and make up the batter mix as per instructions.
Put sausages in a lasagne type dish, pour the batter mix around the sausages and put in preheated oven until golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables; Put the carrots, runner beans and new potatos in a pan, bring to the boil until soft and serve with the cooked toad in the hole.
Serve with gravy or have by itself = yummy!
