Brown the sausages in a frying pan. Whilst the sausages are browning, prepare the veg.
Make up the hole mixture:
Add the flour and the eggs to the milk
Whisk until smooth
Add a pinch of salt
Cut up the sausages into bitesize pieces and distribute across the dish (this is optional; I find it means it distributes the sausage evenly when dishing up unless you have the perfect size/shape dish for sausages)
and cover with the batter mixture.
Put in the middle of a hot oven on GM5 for 30-45 mins until the hole has risen and is cooked through.
Serve with veggies and gravy. Yummy!
