Toffee Cake recipe

Turn oven onto 180. Grease and line 7 inch cake tin. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer. Pour into the tin and bake. Test after 30 mins by inserting a skewer to see if it comes out clean. Once cooked remove from tin and leave to cool. Use caramel to put inside and on top. Decorate with chopped up fudge and maltesers.

  • 6 oz soft margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 oz light muscovado sugar
  • 3 oz Dark muscovado sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tin carnation carmel
  • 1 small bag maltesers
  • small bar Fudge
