169849 tofu and vegetable brochettes HERO

Heat the grill to hot.

Thread yellow peppers, tofu cubes, interspersed with courgette and a single cherry tomato onto each skewer. Brush generously with the olive oil and season well.

Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the tofu is lightly charred and the vegetables are soft.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
