Chop Onion and Pepper and sweat off in frying pan in Olive Oil
Chop the Chorizo and add to the frying pan.
After 2-5 mins on a low heat add the chopped toms, Tom Puree, Garlic Puree herbs and sun dried tomato and simmer for 10 mins until your pasta is ready.
Garnish with an italian hard cheese.
