Put the pasta into a pan of boiling, salted water and cook according to the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic. Season to taste and cook, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and add the tomato mixture. Toss together gently and serve.

Tip

For a change add cooked sausage or bacon to the dish.
