This is a Brazilian pie, very easy to make.
Add all the batter ingredients to a liquidiser, mix it well for around 10 minutes. The batter needs to be with a soft dropping consistency.
Preheat the oven 220°C, 425°F, Gas mark 7.
Grease and flour a medium ovenproof dish and add half of the mixture. Add the filling in layers covering the whole dish, season with black pepper and oregano, spread the rest of the batter over the filling using a spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden-brown on top and a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
You can use any filling of your choice such as cooked chicken, cooked vegetables or tuna. It can be served on its own or with a salad of your preference.
