TOSSED PASTA WITH SALMON

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile, microwave the salmon fillets, on high for 3 mins. Drain the pasta well, flake the cooked salmon fillets, removing the skin. Stir through the soft cream cheese, just enough to coat the pasta

Add the spinach leaves, pine nuts and seasoning. Gently toss together before serving
