Ready, steady go. These traffic light jellies will be a sure-fire hit at the dinner table.

  1. Place the orange jelly cubes into a heatproof jug. Add 285ml boiling water and stir until the jelly has dissolved. Pour the juice from the Goodness mandarin segments into the jug and then top up with cold water until it makes 570ml of liquid.
  2. Divide the Goodness mandarins between 8 plastic cups or glasses and then divide the orange jelly between the glasses. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
  3. Prepare the strawberry jelly according to the packet instructions and then pour over the set orange jelly. Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  4. Finally prepare the lime jelly according to the packet instructions and then pour over the set strawberry jelly. Leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Cooking tips

To save using half packs of jelly this serves 8 but the quantities can easily be halved if necessary.

It is best to start making this the day before you need them so that they have time to set.
