  • 2tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 2tsp grain mustard
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2tbsp poppy seeds
  • 100g tomatoes on the vine/ fresh and naked on the vine - sliced
  • 100g baby plum tomatoes – cut in quarters
  • 100g finest piccolo cherry tomatoes – cut in half
  • 2tbsp sun dried tomatoes in olive oil- drained and sliced
  • 100g (3 1/2oz) radishes, shredded
  • 170g watercress
  • 4 spring onions- trimmed and sliced
  • 8 slices cooked roast beef – sliced into strips
