We have served these at bbq‘s and lots of other family gatherings and people cannot get enough of them.

Mix the 3 cheeses, onion, mayonaise and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.

Lightly toast your bread and leave to cool.

Top each slice of bread with a good covering of the cheese mixture and refrigerate for at least an 1 hour - even better, leave it overnight. This ensures a good crunchy result.

Heat oven to 180 degrees (or 160 fan oven) and lay each slice on a baking tray and cook until bubbling and golden brown.

Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles and serve at your Jubilee Party, as a delicious alternative to traditional cheese on toast.

* These taste even better if the cheesy bread is chilled overnight before baking in the oven.
