Pre heat the oven to 180°C and line a 22cm square brownie tin.
Melt the butter and the milk or dark chocolate together. Once melted cool to room temperature. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until very light and fluffy.
Now take the cold chocolate mixture and fold into the egg mixture. Sift the flour, baking powder & cocoa powder into this mixture. Add the chunks of white chocolate & orange chocolate and pour into the prepared tin.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is cracked.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool fully before slicing.
The white & orange chocolate can be swapped out for anything like fruit, nuts, crumbled biscuit anything that takes your fancy!
