The morning before you want to eat the muesli, mix the oats, pineapple, mango, dried fruit, milk and pineapple juice in a lidded container. Put on the lid and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
The next morning, stir the desiccated coconut and agave syrup or honey into the oats mix. Spoon into bowls and top with the sliced banana, yogurt and a little more agave syrup or honey,if you like.
