I made this with the Tesco Healthy Living Cottage Cheese that I got to try for free as a part of their Orchard Club. Recipe inspired by Eating Well.
Spoon half of the cottage cheese in a sundae dish.
Layer with half each of the Pineapple and Papaya.
Spoon over the remaining cottage cheese and top with remaining Pineapple and Papaya
Sprinkle over the desiccated coconut
Experiment with different fruit and toppings such as nuts etc
