Clean and prepare potatoes and microwave on high for 10 minutes turning once.
Meanwhile, pre-heat oven to high and place in the potatoes once microwaved. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Place drained tuna in a bowl with 6tbsp of salad cream and onion, add pepper to taste. Mix remaining salad cream and tomato sauce and use as a dressing for a prawn and lettuce salad.
Once potatoes are baked and skins are crisp add butter and fluff middles, top with tuna and serve with prawn salad.
