Cook pasta in boiling water for 12 minutes, or until al dente.
Fry the onion and mushrooms in the oil for 10 minutes.
Add the peas and sweetcorn to the boiling pasta and cook through (3-5 minutes)
Drain the pasta and vegetables then return to the pan and add the flaked tuna, fried onion, grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix well and serve.
