Preheat the grill to hot.
Thread the strips of turkey onto the wooden skewers, snaking them in and out of the skewers. Brush generously with the honey, then season with salt, pepper and paprika. Grill on baking sheets, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes until the turkey is cooked through with no pink showing, and the brochettes are glazed.
Meanwhile, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and seasoning until smooth. Spoon into a serving dish. When the brochettes are ready, sit inside the dip and serve immediately.
