Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F / Gas mark 4.
Heat the oil in an ovenproof casserole dish and brown the Tesco Goodness Sausages for 5 minutes.
Add the onion, carrot, and pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Stir in the Tesco Goodness Pasta Sauce, stock and the cannellini beans, bring to a simmer.
Transfer to the oven and cook with the lid on for 30-40 minutes.
Just before serving stir in the pesto and cut the Tesco Goodness Sausages into smaller pieces.
Meanwhile, boil the Tesco Goodness Pasta Shapes according to pack instructions, drain and serve immediately with the Tuscan Sausage Pot.
Freezing and defrosting guidelines
Once the dish has cooled completely, transfer it to an airtight, freezer-safe container, seal and freeze for up to 1-3 months. To serve, defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight before reheating. To re-heat, loosely cover with foil and bake until dish is thoroughly heated through. Re-heat until piping hot.
