Place bacon on to a baking sheet and place in a pre heated oven 180.C for 8-10 mins
Finley chop the Brussels sprouts
Finely chop the spring onions and fry in a little olive oil until soft
steam the cabbage in over boiling water for 5 mins then place into ice water to stop the cooking
fry the sprouts and cabbage in a little olive oil ( add a little unsalted butter)
Chop the bacon and add it to the onions and vegtables mix together
