all hummus seem to be full of oil and appear healthy but this is fresh and free
in blender put can of rinsed chick peas, large handful of fresh parsley and the stewed apple of choice blend chill in fridge and serve with vegetable sticks/ bread/ rice crackers on baked potato with salad add garlic/ grated onion if wanted
free from any unwanted additives! it was an experiment which I love
