my sons are both on a restricted diet so we get very creative with recipies in this house and even use this batter to make a sort of omlette by adding ham and cheese to the mixture before cooking!
mix a tablespoon of flour (can be gluten free) another of oil (rapeseed?) then add milk until batter consistancy is reached, approx 200ml
you can add bananas and applesauce instead of the oil for flavoured pancakes. add raisins for interest!
